When will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12 PM US Eastern Time Monday - Friday the same day. If your order is placed after this time, on a weekend, or on a US holiday, we aim to have these dispatched the next business day*.

Purchases made on weekends or US holidays are processed and shipped the following business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.

*Estimated shipping/delivery times do not include dispatch times. Please note, during high volume periods & sales dispatch times may vary.

US Warehouse

It’s offish, our US warehouse is here. This means faster shipping times, easy returns, and next-day delivery options.

Because your order ships directly from our US warehouse in Indianapolis, there are no additional customs fees or tariffs. Everything is accounted for in your checkout total.

Will I Be Charged Taxes and Tariffs at US Customs?

All taxes and tariffs are already included in your order total, so you won’t face any unexpected charges at US customs. All orders placed on our US site are shipped directly from our warehouse in Indianapolis in the United States, which means no additional custom charges will be passed on to you.

How are our US tax rates calculated?

Our US tax rates are calculated using a trusted tax automation service that provides real-time tax rate calculations based on current jurisdictional laws and regulations.

Why do tax rates vary depending on my location?

The tax in the US is governed at the state, county, and local levels, which means rates can vary significantly by ZIP code or street address. The tax automation service ensures that your tax is calculated accurately based on your specific shipping or billing location.

What if my country isn't listed at checkout?

If your country is not listed, please email service@whitefoxstreetwear.com for a shipping quote.

Does my order require a signature on delivery?

If your order requires a signature on delivery please provide an address you will be at Monday - Friday. If you authorise a 'Signature Release' on your order, White Fox Boutique and the carrier are not liable for any loss or damage to the package.
